Made a slight variation on the baked pinwheels I did for the going-away party in Heilbronn. There I made them with pastry dough, sour cream, onions, pizza cheese blend and optional bacon. All very popular. Today I made them with red pesto, onions, cheddar and fresh spinach, and I think they may be even better!
Also whipped out a batch of tortilla roll-ups with cream cheese, horseradish and smoked salmon, but haven’t tried those yet so I can’t say either way!
